- When will I get charged?
If you start the 3-day trial, the first charge on your credit card will be right after that period and the yearly subscription will be automatically activated. Depending on whether you choose to become a monthly or yearly member you will be charged once a month or once a year respectively. With the Lifetime upgrade, you gain access to all our PRO features for life by paying just once!
- Will the subscription renew automatically?
All subscriptions renew automatically to avoid the interruption of service. However, there is a possibility for you to cancel the subscription on your payment platform (Google Play Store). If you cancel it, the Premium features will remain available until the subscription expires, which happens on the next payment date.
- Want to unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from it on the ‘App Store’.
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Click on your account icon
- Go to ‘Payments & subscriptions’ and then ‘Subscriptions’
- Click on the app and then ‘Cancel subscription’

- Diet suggestion?
At this moment, our app only shows burned calories’ statistics as well as more detailed charts for body measurements, weight tracker, and BMI. For diet suggestion you can download our ‘Calorie counter’ app which offers a diet plans for weight loss (currently available only on Google Play Store).
- The best time to do exercises?
We recommend 18h (reminder in app is also set at that time), but you can do it whenever you want as long as you don’t eat a couple of hours before the training.
